We pay regular monthly salaries that currently equate to between 20-40€ (brutto) per hour, depending on responsibilities and experience.
All jobs are fully remote. This is a great fit for some personalities, but it's not for everybody. You only should apply if you feel comfortable working on your own for the most part. Ideally you have a desk and a quite working space at home, but if not, we could pay for a coworking space near you.

If we think you'll fit in our team, we will have very informal video-chat to get to know each other a little better. There will be no terrifying "technical interview", but we might give you some small programming riddles for you to solve on your own after the meeting to ensure you're up to the challenges ahead.
